Simply push the strap through the buckle (similar to a cable tie) to form a ring shape that you can then slide over your desired finger. Make sure it feels comfortable on and that you are still able to fit the ring sizer over your knuckle. 

Ring Sizing Tips:

• The ring should fit your finger comfortably: snug enough so it won't fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with relative ease.
• Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are warm. Finger size changes depending on the time of day and the weather, and your fingers are smaller in the morning and on cold days.
• Your dominant hand is usually slightly bigger so therefore make sure to individually measure each finger
• We recommend you measure a few times for accuracy and also try using two methods to make sure each time you get the same size
